How the Process Works
Helvetica Light is an easy-to-read font, with tall and narrow letters, that works well on almost every site.
1. Initial Inquiry
Start by reaching out via email, text, or phone with a brief description of the project. Including the project address, photos, or a short video helps ensure an efficient and accurate review.
2. Remote Project Review
The process begins with a remote review to understand scope, confirm fit, and avoid unnecessary site visits. This step allows for informed guidance and preliminary pricing discussion before moving forward.
3. On-Site Project Assessment (When Needed)
When an in-person review is required, a paid site On-Site Project Assessment is scheduled to evaluate existing conditions, discuss options, and determine next steps.
4. Written Estimate & Scope
Following the site visit (when required), a clear, written estimate is provided outlining scope, exclusions, and change order procedures so expectations are defined before work begins.
What to Expect
-
Not all projects require an in-person site visit
-
Pricing ranges may be discussed prior to scheduling a site consultation
-
On-Site Project Assessment are a paid professional service
-
Written scopes and documented change orders are standard
Before Reaching Out
